1- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receiving the item(s).
2- Item(s) must be in its original packaging and/or in the same condition described at the time of purchase.
3- Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless return was due to our mistake.
4- Returned item(s) will be processed in the order they were received. it may take up to 7 business days to complete the return process and issue the refund.
5- We are not responsible for any lost returned packages in transit unless it was received by us.
6- All returned packages must have a tracking number to ensure a proper tracking for the return.
7- A return fee up to 50% of item(s) price and the original shipping charges may be assessed and applied (“Restocking Fee’’)
8- Item(s) received damaged, defective, incorrect or improperly described must be reported within three days from receiving the item(s), (please attach a picture for the item with your email and/or a proper description for the shape of the item(s) when received).
9- Some items will not be eligible for return and will be determined at the time of the return request.
